2. Data Visibility & Networking

When you join an event room, your Identity Data and Profile Data (photo, location, tags, intro) become visible to other verified attendees of that specific event. Your data is not indexed by search engines or visible to the general public outside of the event environment.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To register you as a new user and manage your account.
• To authenticate your identity using Google Sign-In or email/password credentials.
• To facilitate networking features, allowing you to discover and message other event attendees.
• To notify you about changes to our terms or privacy policy.
• To securely deliver the platform and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.

4. Data Security & Third Parties

We use industry-standard security measures to prevent your data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.

We utilize trusted third-party service providers to power our platform, specifically Google Cloud and Firebase (for authentication, database hosting, and secure data storage). These providers are contractually bound to strictly safeguard your data.
